Returns & Repairs policy
We stand behind our products and are proud to offer a one year warranty.
We want you to love your KORDIZ gear. If you don’t, you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Gear must not be used, dirty or damaged, and it must include the original packaging. Used, dirty, or damaged gear will incur a $10-$20 restocking fee per item.
Once your return is received, we will process the refund which takes 3-5 days to hit your account.
There are a few rules we don’t make exceptions for after the 30-day return period is over:
- No refunds or exchanges, even for unused items.
- No size or color changes unless the original option was discontinued.
- Customized items can be repaired, but can't be returned.
- All repairs must start with sending in your items first. We'll cover the cost of the repair and shipping it back to you, but you'll have to cover the cost to send it in.
Our one year warranty covers repairs of the product but not refunds. We do our best to process repairs within one week of receiving them.

International Orders (outside of US): Unfortunately we are unable to provide a return shipping label. Return and re-shipping cost is at the expense of the customer.
A note on color variability: We do our best to accurately represent the colors of our products, however given natural variability in leather tanning as well as variability among computer monitor’s displays, we cannot guarantee an exact match.
